This is how we work
1. Request & booking
Once you have planned your workshop, reserve all the kits you need using the form below. You indicate the desired number of kits, the desired delivery date and the delivery address. You will receive confirmation of your reservation as soon as possible and we may contact you to make arrangements for delivery and pick-up.
2. Deliver
The kits are delivered on the agreed day and place. We send the kits via a reliable nationwide logistics partner in a sturdy box. Our aim is for you to receive your order no later than one day before your workshop, preferably a day earlier. You keep the box and receive a return label that you can use after the workshop to return everything.
3. Workshop
You received exactly the right number of kits for the workshop on time. The kits come in presentable hard-plastic boxes. You can focus all your energy and attention on the participants of your workshop. Afterwards, you collect all the bricks from the various kits together in one plastic container or unsorted divided into individual plastic boxes.
4. Return
You will use the same box in which you received the sorted kits. After the workshop, fill the shipping box with the plastic boxes filled with unsorted bricks. You can also add any unused kits to the shipping box. Tape the box tightly shut. With the return label, you can hand in the parcel at a parcel point of our logistics partner. Please return within one day after your workshop.
5. Receipt & invoicing
The kit arrives with us and we start working with it to make the kits suitable for the next workshop as soon as possible. We check whether the kits are (almost) complete and replenish missing elements. Any major discrepancies will be charged for. For starter kits that you have not used, we charge a reduced rate of 2.50 excluding VAT.

Reserve service
Not sure yet how many trainees are coming? No problem! With our Reserve Service, you receive sealed kits for only €2.50 per kit.
No extra costs if the seal remains intact! With LSPKITS' Reserve Service, you are always prepared, without unnecessary costs!

Delivery to LSPKITS
The cheapest option if you live near Enschede. or want to drop by, coffee is on the house.
Episode: After making an appointment, you can pick up the kits yourself at LSPKITS in Enschede.
Returns: After the workshop, return the used kits to the same location.
Advantage: Save on shipping costs by arranging everything locally.
Free
Hand in at parcel point
The LSPKITS will be carefully packed and delivered to your specified location 1-2 days before the workshop date.
Episode: The kits are delivered to the desired location.
Returns: After the workshop, stick the provided return label on the parcel and hand it in at your nearest parcel point.
Advantage: Flexible returns at a location of your choice.

Personal delivery
No hassle with parcel points! With our personal delivery service, we ensure convenience and flexibility.
Episode: On the desired date, one or more LSPKITS staff members will drop by to deliver the materials in person.
Returns: After the workshop, we will also collect the materials back from you.
Advantage: No time wasted handing in at a parcel point.
