This is how we work
1. Application & confirmation
Using the form below, you can specify how many of which kits you want sorted and for which date. Once we have received your request, we will see if we can meet it and contact you to make arrangements for delivery.
2. Submit
You send all your materials via one of our logistics partners to our location in Enschede. Of course, you can also bring them in person or - if you wish - we can arrange for the materials to be picked up at a location of your choice. When we are in touch, we can also share the costs of those different variants.
3. Sorting & completing
We will sort all your materials and check which elements are missing. We can supplement these for you. We will contact you when we know how much material is missing and what the costs are to complete the kits. Of course, you decide for yourself whether you want us to do that.
4. Returns & invoicing
We will send the kits back to the address you provide, in a large box. We will make sure you receive your materials before your requested date. We will send you an invoice for the services rendered, with or without additional charges for materials we have supplemented. You pay this invoice within 15 days of the due date.

Delivery to LSPKITS
The cheapest option if you live near Enschede. or want to drop by, coffee is on the house.
Episode: After making an appointment, you can pick up the kits yourself at LSPKITS in Enschede.
Returns: After the workshop, return the used kits to the same location.
Advantage: Save on shipping costs by arranging everything locally.

Hand in at parcel point
The LSPKITS will be carefully packed and delivered to your specified location 1-2 days before the workshop date.
Episode: The kits are delivered to the desired location.
Returns: After the workshop, stick the provided return label on the parcel and hand it in at your nearest parcel point.
Advantage: Flexible returns at a location of your choice.

Personal delivery
No hassle with parcel points! With our personal delivery service, we ensure convenience and flexibility.
Episode: On the desired date, one or more LSPKITS staff members will drop by to deliver the materials in person.
Returns: After the workshop, we will also collect the materials back from you.
